The Hitchhikers ride into Littleton for a major Block Party!
On Saturday, June 11th, the Legendary Hitchhikers will take to an outdoor stage in downtown Littleton for the 12th Annual Magic on Main Street Block Party! Â Our stage will be located on Sycamore, just north of Main Street, within walking distance of lightrail – please join us! Â festivities run from 6PM till 11PM, including two fireworks shows (dusk and grand finale at 10:45PM).
Here’s more details about the Block Party:
- Located in Historic Downtown Littleton on Main Street, just east of Santa Fe and Bowles
- 6 stages of live music and entertainment
- Magicians and buskers stationed throughout the event
- Antique Fire Trucks
- Individual booths highlighting Downtown Littleton’s Finest Boutiques and Restaurants
- Food vendors – Food and Beverage tickets on sale during the event $1 each.  Cash only.
- Event Sponsors: Historic Downtown Littleton Merchants Association, City of Littleton,  Tri-State Fireworks. Stage Sponsors include Rocky Mountain Harley-Davidson, PDA Road Gear, Think Tank Tattoos, Kal Murib, and Reinke Brothers
This year’s event will have several new features including the Freaky Creepy Alley located near Details – Littleton’s own Sideshow, Enter at Your Own Risk!! Buskers, magicians, dancers, and aerialists will entertain you as you visit the food vendors and booths located throughout the 4 block area.
5 Bands will be performing:
- The Legendary Hitchhikers – Denver’s tribute to Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers – again, find us on Sycamore, just north of Main Street!
- Mr. Steak – 80’s Hard Rock
- The Dave Frisk Band – Folk, blues, classic rock, British and southern rock
- Float Like Buffalo–Â A unique combination of folk, funk and rock
- KenK and the Criminals – Equal parts rock, alt-country, and folk

The Hitchhikers have some fun plans this summer and here are a few dates to put on the calendar:
May 29th (3-7PM) is a Sunday matinee show at House of Babes. Â Jump on your hawg and see us there!
June 11th (4-9PM)   Littleton Block Party – the Hitchhikers will be knocking out a show for this big event in Downtown Littleton. Our stage will be located on Sycamore, just north of Main Street. Please come out for some great music, great food and fireworks!
June 24th (8PM till midnight) Buckskin’s Saloon – the Hitchhikers return to Sedalia in fairer weather. Please join us for a celebration in the height of June!
August 6th (time TBD) Douglas County Fairgrounds – Yep, looking forward to a great time down south. More details to follow soon.

Live recording session with TLH on Tuesday, February 9th in Aurora!
Would you like to be in the movies? Â Please join the Legendary Hitchhikers next Tuesday, February 9th, when we do some live recording in SE Aurora. Â We’ll be at Als’ Vino Bistro, playing from 7:30 – 8:30PM, recording off the board and pointing video cameras around like madmen. Â Get your mug in a video! Back to the 20 Mile Tap House in January!
On the road again…and back to Parker, Colorado, where the residential property taxes are exceptional, the street lamps are all trademarked, and live music at the 20 Mile Tap House is the best in town! Â Please join us for another fun night on Friday, January 15th, 2016. Â No cover and music starts promptly at 8:30PM. Â And bring your dancin’ shoes!
It’s SxSE for the Hitchhikers…
Are you ready to get your fix of classic rock again? Â Once more, the Legendary Hitchhikers are heading SE, this time for some luck of the Irish at McCarthy’s Sports Bar and Grill. Â This occurs on Saturday, September 19th – the show starts at 9PM. Â No cover, great food, and of course, a fun night of music and dancing. Â See you there?

Are you ready to get back on the road? Â The Legendary Hitchhikers have two new dates on the horizon…
Please join us on July 25th at Misfits Bar & Grill in Lakewood (11475 W Colfax Ave). Â Just a $5 cover and the Hitchhikers have a few surprises up our sleeves for this show.
Then on August 1st, we return to the 20 Mile Tap House in Parker (12543 N Hwy 83). Â We’re counting on no snow for this one! Â Music starts at 8:30pm and no cover.
