The Hitchhikers ride into Littleton for a major Block Party!

On Saturday, June 11th, the Legendary Hitchhikers will take to an outdoor stage in downtown Littleton for the 12th Annual Magic on Main Street Block Party!  Our stage will be located on Sycamore, just north of Main Street, within walking distance of lightrail – please join us!  festivities run from 6PM till 11PM, including two fireworks shows (dusk and grand finale at 10:45PM).

Here’s more details about the Block Party:

 

  • Located in Historic Downtown Littleton on Main Street, just east of Santa Fe and Bowles
  • 6 stages of live music and entertainment
  • Magicians and buskers stationed throughout the event
  • Antique Fire Trucks
  • Individual booths highlighting Downtown Littleton’s Finest Boutiques and Restaurants
  • Food vendors – Food and Beverage tickets on sale during the event $1 each.  Cash only.
  • Event Sponsors: Historic Downtown Littleton Merchants Association, City of Littleton,  Tri-State Fireworks. Stage Sponsors include Rocky Mountain Harley-Davidson, PDA Road Gear, Think Tank Tattoos, Kal Murib, and Reinke Brothers

This year’s event will have several new features including the Freaky Creepy Alley located near Details – Littleton’s own Sideshow, Enter at Your Own Risk!! Buskers, magicians, dancers, and aerialists will entertain you as you visit the food vendors and booths located throughout the 4 block area.

 

5 Bands will be performing:

  • The Legendary Hitchhikers – Denver’s tribute to Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers – again, find us on Sycamore, just north of Main Street!
  • Mr. Steak – 80’s Hard Rock
  • The Dave Frisk Band – Folk, blues, classic rock, British and southern rock
  • Float Like Buffalo– A unique combination of folk, funk and rock
  • KenK and the Criminals – Equal parts rock, alt-country, and folk

Food and Drink Ticket Presales have Started!!!  Don’t wait in line, Buy 10 tickets for $10 and get a free drink coupon- a value of $5. Buy your tickets at Willow and Artisan Market, Lavaca Meat Company, and The Velvet Wolf.
